1. Order Cancellation by Buyers
Buyers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled without penalty if the request is made before the item has been shipped.
- After Shipping: Cancellation requests after shipping will be treated as a return request and will be subject to the Return Policy terms.
2. Order Cancellation by Vendors
Vendors may cancel an order for the following reasons:
- The item is out of stock or unavailable.
- There are inaccuracies in the product listing or pricing.
- Verification issues arise with the buyer’s information or payment method.
In such cases, VeeMall will notify the buyer promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products once production has begun.
- Digital goods or downloadable items.
- Orders marked as "Final Sale".
4. Refund Process for Cancellations
- If an order is successfully canceled, buyers will receive a full refund to their original payment method or Veemall Wallet within 5–10 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. How to Cancel an Order
- Log in to your VeeMall account.
- Navigate to the My Orders section.
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click the Cancel Order button.
- Provide a reason for the cancellation (optional).
6. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must accept cancellation requests for orders that have not been shipped.
- Vendors must update the order status promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.
7. Dispute Resolution
If there are issues with cancellations, VeeMall’s Resolution Team will mediate. Buyers and vendors may need to provide evidence to support their claims.
