2. Vendor Review: The vendor will review the request within 3 business days.
3. Return Methods:
   • Pickup Service: For eligible locations, VeeMall will arrange for a courier to collect the item.
   • Drop-off: Buyers can drop off the item at designated VeeMall return centers.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure the product is returned using the method provided by VeeMall for a smooth return process.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must promptly review and respond to return requests within 3 business days.
• Vendors are responsible for providing buyers with clear return instructions.
